Your connection to Sémawé’s purpose
This purpose gives me a joyful sense of fulfillment. I love the idea of amplifying movements that already exist—giving them more space, more depth, more strength. It’s fascinating, because it’s about nurturing something that’s already there, even if it’s just a spark.
As companions on the path of transformation, we’re not the ones initiating change—the initiative always belongs to the source person of the organization undergoing transformation.
I like to view transformation as a journey, like the hero’s journey—one that pushes you to move beyond your own limitations so you can return transformed, with a deeper and wiser perspective.
Ultimately, I believe it’s individuals who transform and shift the way they see the world, more than it is the world itself that we transform.
The unique touch you want to bring to your coaching
One personal color I bring to my coaching is the integration—beyond Holacracy—of principles like the source principle, or the consideration of the human, relational, and even spiritual dimension of individuals within an organization.
I leave for a sabbatical year in the United States—an experience that becomes a defining milestone in my personal development as an adult and citizen. I then spend several years abroad (Canada, the Netherlands, etc.).
The entrepreneurial idea emerges, and I create my first company.
I settle in Grenoble and transform the company into a Holacratic system.
I become a certified Holacracy coach, and Sémawé earns its official status as a Holacracy service provider.
