What we offer
Aliocha provides a space for you to explore difficult dynamics and turn them into growth opportunities.
This is a safe space to express what’s bothering you, gain perspective, and shift your view.
Supervision sessions are intuitive conversations. There’s no fixed protocol—you bring the material.
Unlike coaching, supervision is more involved: the supervisor reflects back, shares insights, and uses their presence as part of the process.
Think of it like an osteopathy or acupuncture session. Supervision can be used as prevention or for healing, and can be one-time or ongoing.
What to expect
- Sessions last between 1 and 3 hours
- In person or via video call
- The number of sessions is flexible and tailored to your needs
