When your organization runs on Holacracy, onboarding also involves learning a methodology. Every new hire needs to understand the rules of the game.

How it works
2 options
Option 1 : autonomous onboarding
We co-design a custom onboarding journey with your HR or integration teams.
The goalis to create a clear and repeatable path—so your team can run it independently after setup.
3 half-day sessions
1 certified Holacracy coach
3 900 $ .

Delivrables
We work with you to develop the most relevant materials: webinars, 1-on-1 video sessions, Holacracy discovery days, internal coach training…
*Note: this option assumes you plan to train at least one internal Holacracy coach. (See our Internal Holacracy Coach training). Final cost will depend on the number of coaches to be trained and supervised. The budget does not include custom materials.
Option 2 : onboarding led by Sémawé
Already have an onboarding program in place? We can step in to lead Holacracy-specific welcome sessions.
Frequency and duration are tailored to your recruitment schedule.
Group size: 4 to 10 participants
1 certified Holacracy coach
To be defined depending on the number of sessions (2600 $ per day).
